Cocktails and Canvas-Lots of Awesome Benefits This Year!

Cocktails and Canvas

MARCH 14th 4pm-8pm

Please RSVP for the address

$20- ALL SUPPLIES PROVIDED FOR PROJECT
But you will need to bring the following:

Bring your own drinks/alcohol and a dish to pass. If you would like an assigned dish please let me know when you RSVP. To keep your favorite outfit from getting painted, we suggest wearing an apron or leaving your favorite outfit at home and coming in painting clothes.

This will be more of a class setting than last year and we will all be completing a similar project*. This will be MIXED MEDIA- which is my kind of art!  Amber's motto is "Fun" art, not "Fine" art. She has a very relaxed way of teaching and will make your style stand out. This will be something you will be proud of yourself for completing and will want to hang it in your home. (Or maybe give to mom for Mother's Day!)

I'm honored to announce: Amber is offering a grandfather price for her students that come to THIS class if you are willing to share a link to her web page on any of your social media pages (tagging her in your post). This means that the discounted price we are already getting ($20 for all supplies) will be honored during the next classes you take. Her regular prices are $40 per class. That means you will be getting 1/2 off just for sharing a link to her website! Just to clarify, we are getting THIS class for $20 each then if you share her website you will be grandfathered in at 1/2 price for additional classes.

She is also going to ask if anyone is interested in doing a class every season for decor for your home. She will explain during the class. Please come ready to vote! We will need a place to go for these classes, so if you have a home to do it in we will need that information as well.

WHAT TO BRING

- Your favorite thing (x4)
-A treat to share (appetizer or dessert)
-Your own drink(s)

PLEASE READ
Avoiding kids coming because I have a newborn. Let me know if you don't have a babysitter ahead of time. I'd like to keep all school-aged kids out of my house so my new one doesn't get sick.

The whole idea of this night is to share something you love (within the budget) and get to know one another in a creative way. I'm pretty excited to see what everyone thinks of!

See you soon,

February/March

February
"My Favorite Things"

I need to know who is interested in this before I do a ton of planning.

How it works: (I hope this makes sense)
Basically we would set a dollar amount (this will be set once we know how many people are coming) and you would buy your favorite thing for that $ amount for each person.

Let's pretend 5 people RSVP'd and we set an amount of $3. You would buy 4 of your favorite thing that costs $3- $12 total (5- $15 if you buy one for yourself) This could be nail polish, a hair brush, a pen, a storage container...whatever you think of as your favorite thing.  Then we each bring what we bought to the ladies day and we all exchange and talk about why we love it. You end up going home with some pretty cool, new stuff!
Who's in? It will have to be at the end of the month for me to have time to plan it... Let me know by the end of this weekend (February 8th).

March
Cocktails and Canvas

Amber has agreed to teach us again!! This is so much fun and I'm pretty excited to plan it again!

We are going to do it a little differently this year and I will post more details once Amber is ready to show me what we are doing. However, I know she is going to teach a class and the set up will be similar to what we did last year. Please let me know if you are interested in coming. I'm not sure if my house will fit all of us this year so we may have to find another space.
Here is the information from last year if you need a refresher or are new to this.

Let me know about February "My Favorite Things" and March "Cocktails and Canvas" when you communicate with me. As soon as I get feedback I will make another post.

Talk to you soon,

L
